"Many people look forward to the New Year for a new start on old habits." -Anonymous
Are you really committed to create new results and reach breakthroughs this 2013? Get it that creating new results means being comfortable with new habits that lead to those results. What's the use of a new slate when we still drag our past actions to the present?
In my post yesterday, I mentioned something about a commitment list and then discussing it with a team. Ultimately, our results will come from what we personally do and initiate but if you're seeing a huge 2013 for you, it's time to involve key people in your goals and take on the habit of being accountable. Why? Because we go through our days under-performing knowing that we're answerable to no one.
Being in this team allowed me to grow on that aspect. To let you in on a little secret, I've never been comfortable with working in groups, let alone be a leader and delegate tasks to others but that would be going off-topic. :) Going back to accountability, it's one ingredient to success that I suggest you look into this year. This is one of the reasons why I'm so excited to participate in the Dreambuilding 2013 activity this Saturday. It's really great to have key people in my life, my mastermind team, to hear me share my dreams and give me space to be accountable for them.
How about you, have you decided on the key people to share your goals with?
