For those who still think that we are up to something when we facilitate the Wealth Course, you are right.
Allow me to share with you the benefits of facilitating the Wealth Course. It is also through this blog that I intend to open up a new perspective of seeing how the Core Team operates in light of our Monday to Thursday service.
1. Learning
Much as I have a lot to share about money management, purpose for money and reconditioning limiting money beliefs, I get more when I facilitate the Wealth Course. If you have attended it, the Wealth Course, being an intensive discussion, is limited to only 3 participants to one facilitator. You can only imagine the valuable information that I get in a span of 2-3 hours from 3 people who took a stand for their financial education. How much can 3 people contribute to an individual facilitator? Priceless. You can only imagine their combined years of experience and knowledge as compared to my 25 years of existence.
2. Self-confidence
What do you actually say to 3 strangers?
A lot actually. Being able to sustain an intentional 3-hour conversation may be easy for the "old ones" like me but it's no joke for the new ones. But, the self-doubt or worry doesn't show when the session starts. In convening the Weath Course, we are given a stage to speak up, dress sharp, maintain good posture and focus on contribution. Just think of the confidence developed by the Core Team members in the process of being able to facilitate the Wealth Course. It's like seeing a butterfly coming out of its cocoon. I'm always amazed by the transformations that I see in the Core Team.
3. Opportunity to Share with No Attachment
I don't dress well, arrive at the venue early and read extra materials for the sessions just to recruit.
When I'm facilitating the Wealth Course, I am just present to the value that I can add to the participants and to how I share myself to them with no intention of selling myself nor the Community. See, not all the participants whom I have convened join the Core Team. Still, I am happy to have been given a chance to share what I know, to share possibilities, to share who I am now after experiencing growth towards being a full-time business coach.
4. Pride in our Mission and Vision
If you're new in this site and you haven't paid much attention to what's written in the main page, it says there that it is our mission to spread financial education throughout the nation and the world and it is our vision to create 1,000 US Dollars Team-Made Multi-Millionaires by Year 2020.
Each time I facilitate the Wealth Course, I experience a sense of pride in the work of Create Abundance. We are backed up and motivated by something bigger than us, a mission that's worth living for and a vision so attainable, I see it unfolding month after month after month. Whether who I am facilitating for join the Core Team or not, the vision is going to happen and it makes me proud to be living each day of my life towards that vision.
5. Fulfillment
When was the last time you gave something for free?
How did you feel? Wasn't it great?
The Wealth Course is a gift from the Core Team to the public. It is the fulfillment of our commitment to our mission and is also aligned with my personal values of generosity, contribution and love. What more can I say? Much as the participants are excited to know more about the Community or looking forward to finding out what they can get from the course or just curious with what's about to happen, understand that volunteering for the Wealth Course is time away from my other priorities like my family or my hobbies. But, I consider it as time well-spent. That time is an expression of LOVE. Cliche as it may sound, "LOVE = TIME"
If you want to see the Core Team "on stage" playing full-out, I invite you to take part in our gatherings.
If you want to be part of the Transformation, take a stand and allow yourself to grow with us in the Core Team.
If you are just waiting to see what's going to happen, we'll definitely keep you posted through this online Community.
