The Business School: The Value of Leadership

“Money flows to the leader. If you want more money, simply become more of a leader.”

I agree with Robert Kiyosaki when he said that one of the most important skills developed in people by Network Marketing is leadership. He stated in the book that in the B-quadrant, leadership skills are not optional. The impact of this statement wouldn’t really affect someone who’s on E-quadrant (notice that I can only speak from this side since I am currently an employee). Try to recall the names of successful people in the world today. More closely, recall the names of the people who became successful financially. All of them are leaders with their own styles. How did they develop their leadership skills?

It starts with accepting the fact that it is only through business that one can be financially free. and to be successful in business? You need a dojo to exercise your leadership skills. If leadership is not optional in the B-quadrant, where do people from the E-quadrant practice it? The people from the Employee and Self-Employed quadrant will experience a breakthrough once they understand that everything we know from being employees (or self-employed) won’t work in overcoming the challenges presented by a business. I agree that it is only through the Network Marketing business that employees wanting to be entrepreneurs can enhance this skill without the heart (and head) ache of being in a traditional business. Not to mention the financial pain of losing hard-earned money just to get the lessons that one can learn the non-traditional way.
