Shifting Schedules

From April 2005 to December 2007, I worked for the Call Center department of a bank.
For the first 6 months of the training, I was reporting for work from 8am to 5pm because of the training. After which, the shifting sched began. Coming to think of it, I don't know which is better - being on a fixed graveyard shift or having a change in sched every 2 weeks. I understood the demands of the job, it was after all, a big bank and I took pride in the broad range of services that it provided. Good for the clients and the company but not-too-good for its frontliners or the people who are direct service providers. =)
